By ordering goods from www.london-irish.com you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. You warrant that all details you provide to www.london-irish.com for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will have their details passed onto the Police.

The reproductions of colours are as accurate as photographic processes allow. The colours of the goods may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to variations and limitations of browser software and monitors.
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to any third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998.
You will be required to make payment for all goods via debit or credit card before submitting your order via the checkout page. All selected items and your preferred method of delivery will be clearly shown on the checkout page before you are required to confirm and pay for your order.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and the total amount shown on the checkout page will be the amount debited from your card once the order has been submitted by you.
The price quoted for goods in your order confirmation email will remain valid until the contract has been completed or cancelled.
All goods will be dispatched by recorded delivery, using the delivery service selected by you, within 24 hours of submitting the order .
Deliveries will be made on weekdays only (excluding Public Holidays). FedEx delivery will arrive between 9am and 6pm on weekdays only.
The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. For UK deliveries you can select a standard service (2-3 days) or a next day delivery service.
Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.
FedEx is the official fulfillment partner for London Irish. All goods will be posted using a track and trace service and all deliveries will require a signature from the recipient.

You have the right to cancel your online order under the provisions of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
You must notify London Irish of your wish to cancel your order within seven working days beginning with the day after the day you receive your goods. Your notification should be made in writing and clearly addressed to London Irish Scottish Richmond Ltd at the registered address (above) or preferably via electronic mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number.
Any notification of cancellation received after this time will not be accepted.
In the event that London Irish receives the cancellation notification after the goods have been dispatched, the goods will be delivered to the delivery address provided. You are entitled to refuse receipt of the delivery and request the goods be returned to London Irish.
If the delivery is accepted by you or any person at the delivery address, you will be required to arrange the return of the goods at your cost.
London Irish does not accept any responsibility for goods that are returned by you but not received by us.
London Irish recommend that returned goods are sent recorded delivery.
All goods must be returned to London Irish in an unworn/unused state, in the original packaging and with all labels still attached via recorded mail to:

London Irish recommend a certificate of posting is obtained in order to claim compensation in the event the goods are not received by us.
Any unwanted goods returned to London Irish unused and in the original packaging with all labels still attached will be refunded in full within 28 days of London Irish receiving the goods. The outbound postage fee will not be refunded.
All refunds will be credited to the card used to make the original purchase and you will receive notification by email when this has been completed.

In order to exchange an item, all goods must be unworn/unused and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. You will be required to show your confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Faulty goods can be returned to London Irish free of charge by calling 01932 750 100 and obtaining a Freepost label. All returned goods must be unworn/unused and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.
Once the faulty goods have been received, London Irish will refund the credit/debit card used to process the original order within 28 days. The refund will include the full cost of the item(s) plus the outbound postage & packaging fee.
In the event the returned item(s) is/are deemed not to not to be faulty, London Irish reserves the right to debit the cost of the return postage from the refunded amount (see below fees). Furthermore, the outbound postage costs from the original order will not be refunded.

We make every effort to ensure that all items shown on our online store are available but occasionally items will be temporarily out of stock or have sold out earlier than planned. All merchandise on the online store is subject to availability.
In the event that any item(s) ordered are unavailable, London Irish will advise you via email/telephone.
In the event of goods being unavailable, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Alternatively, in the event your order consists of multiple products, you can request the available products be shipped to you and a refund processed for the unavailable items only.
All complaints should be made in writing to email@example.com clearly stating the nature of your complaint and your order number (if applicable).
We will endeavor to respond to all emails within 48 hours of receipt.
