All you need to know about the 2014/15 Season Ticket

Who is entitled to an early bird?

Anyone who purchases or renews their 2014/15 Season Ticket before 5pm on Wednesday 7th May 2014 will be entitled to the earlybird offer of a merchandise voucher to be redeemed in the Megastore.

When will I receive my merchandise voucher?

If you renewed by the early bird deadline then you will receive a voucher to spend on London Irish merchandise in the Megastore. The voucher amount depends on the category of seat you purchased as a London Irish Season Ticket Holder. The voucher will be available to use from August, once the new kit and the 2014/15 ranges have been released and you will need to claim the discount by 30th November 2014.

Is it possible to pay for my Season Ticket in installments?

You can arrange to spread the cost of your season ticket over six or ten months with Zebra Finance Ltd who can offer you a personal payment plan to suit your needs.
You can apply to spread the cost with Zebra Finance online or download the application form from the 'spread the cost' tab.
This finance agreement is between Zebra Finance Ltd and the applicant - London Irish and Madejski Stadium play no part in this process.

If I want to change my existing seat, how and when can I do this?

Current Season Ticket Holders can change to any unreserved seat (i.e. a seat not currently occupied by a 2013/14 Season Ticket Holder) at any time from 24th March 2014. There is a special window from Monday 2nd June and Friday 6th June 2014 whereby un-renewed seats can be purchased before they go on general release. If you would like to change seat during this time, you are advised to renew your existing seat before the Earlybird deadline, and then move seats during the special window. Season Ticket Holders can change their seat for an individual match free of charge provided that additional tickets are purchased when the seat change is arranged with the London Irish Sales Office. Where the move is to a higher priced seat/stand, the price difference between the seats will be chargeable.

What’s the policy for children going free for the 2014/15 season?

The Family Zone is the whole of the South Stand where one child under the age of 16 can go to all matches free of charge with a full paying adult.
If you do wish to sit in another part of the stadium with your child then you will need to pay for a Season Ticket at the appropriate U16 price.
If your child is Under 5 and does not require a seat then they can continue to go free in any part of the Stadium. Under 19’s also qualify for our concession rate offering savings to young adults.

How do I introduce a friend/s?

You can get up to 50% off your 2015/16 Season Ticket for introducing friends and they buy a full 2014/15 Season Ticket (max 50% discount; adult or concession tickets only). Visit or call the London Irish Sales Office on 0844 249 1871 or download the Season Ticket application form and complete the refer a friend details. The new season ticket holder must not have held a Season Ticket for the past three seasons.

As a Season Ticket Holder am I included in the ballot for international tickets?

Yes. All 2014/15 Season Ticket Holders will automatically be included in the ballot for international tickets. You will be contacted by phone and email if your name has been drawn for the ballot.

What games can I use my two complimentary tickets for?

Your two complimentary tickets are valid for any stand, for any of the home matches played at the Madejski stadium before 22nd December 2014. To claim your tickets please call the London Irish Sales Office on 0844 249 1871.

What will be in my new Season Ticket programme and when will I receive it? When do I find out about the discounts and savings available to Season Ticket Holders from London Irish partners and when can I start using them?

Your 2014/15 Season Ticket Booklet will include season previews, squad profiles and match information as well as special offers and promotions. You can collect this from the open day in August or from the stadium on the first few London Irish home fixtures.

Will I get a new Season Ticket Card?

Yes you will receive a new Season Ticket Card for the 2014/15 season which will be sent to you in July. Lost or stolen cards should be reported to the London Irish Sales Office and you will be charged £2 for a replacement.

Do I get a London Double Header ticket with my season ticket?

Yes. The 2014/15 London Double Header is a home game for London Irish and you still get a ticket included in your season ticket as a home game.
As a season ticket holder, you are also entitled to a friends and family discount. However, please note you will need to apply for your ticket and any friends and family tickets by 8th August 2014. Season Ticket Holders may apply for their tickets and any additional tickets in March and we will notify season ticket holders when they are available and detail how to apply. An area of seating at Twickenham has been reserved for London Irish supporters, with seats in categories 1 and 2, and Season Ticket Holders will have access to the cheapest rates and offers available to anyone.

What offers do I get on merchandise as a Season Ticket Holder?

Season Ticket Holders are offered special discounts on products across the season. These special discount days will be available online and in the Megastore. There will also be ranges available for Season Ticket Holders only.

Do members of the Armed Forces and Emergency Services get a discount on tickets?

Yes, serving members of the Armed Forces and Emergency Services qualify for a discounted rate on Season Tickets. Proof of employment will be required. Please contact the London Irish Sales Office for further details. Emergency Services are defined as Police, Fire and Ambulance.

What is available for disabled supporters at Madejski Stadium?

There are 87 wheelchair spaces available. Where a disabled supporter would find it unreasonably difficult or impossible to access the Stadium and the services offered, the club will allow the supporter to bring an assistant/career free of charge if ‘proof of disability’ documentation is provided. This applies to supporters with all types of disability including mobility issues, visual impairments, and ambulant disabilities or learning difficulties. The assistant/career should be capable of supporting the disabled person’s needs in the event of an emergency.

Proof of disability documentation includes:
• Proof of entitlement to the middle or higher rate of the Disability Living Allowance (mobility or care component)
• Proof of entitlement the Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance
• A personal letter from your GP or care worker
• A copy of registration documents which certify

Registered Blind or Registered Partially Sighted status, or qualifying documentation from a registered optician equivalent to registration requirements
Please note that Orange/Blue disabled badges are not sufficient proof of disability.
Facilities for Supporters using Wheelchairs
There are up to 87 wheelchair places for supporters and, each with an assistant/career if required.

These are situated as follows:
• North Stand – 25
• East Stand – 18
• West Stand – 15
• South Stand – 14
• South Stand – 15

Wheelchair viewing is also available in hospitality areas, subject to application.

What are the age limits and restrictions on concession tickets & child tickets?

There are no restrictions on where within the stadium a concession or child ticket may be purchased, however the price does vary between locations. When purchasing you will be required to produce proof of age – checks will be made on entry into the stadium. The purchaser must fulfill age criteria on 1st September 2014. Student tickets will only be sold to students in full-time education and on production of a valid student card or proof of educational status on 1st September 2014. Relevant documentation must be provided before your season ticket will be validated.

Where exactly are the East Stand Drummers located?

The area specially reserved for the 56 East Stand drummers will remain as: Block Y20 Rows Q - W. Actual East Stand Drummers will be seated in Block Y20, Row Q seats 87-95. For anyone wanting to sit within this area (Season Tickets or Match Tickets, although most will be taken by Season Tickets), you must mention that you want to sit with the drummers when booking through the ticket office.

What is the best way to get to Madejski Stadium from the centre of Reading?

There is a regular shuttle bus that runs from Reading Station to Madejski Stadium on matchdays. The frequency and timings may vary depending on match kick-off time and estimated attendance.

What is the smoking policy at Madejski Stadium?

Madejski Stadium is a smoke-free facility. There are designated smoking areas which can be viewed within the tickets section of www.london-irish.com or you can request a copy by emailing info@london-irish.com.
