BOOK ONLINE & GET THE BEST SAVINGS!

You can also buy your tickets online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

HOW TO BOOK TICKETS

  • Online
  • Why wait in line, when you can book online?

The easiest and simplest way to book tickets is online, at www.london-irish.com. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By purchasing online you can buy tickets up to 12noon on a match day.

    Ticket despatch information is below

  • By Phone
  • You can also book by calling the Madejski Sales Centre on 0870 999 1871. We would suggest you book your tickets as early as possible to give you the best choice of seats in the stadium. The busiest times are generally Mondays and all other days around 10am, lunchtime and 4pm.

Tickets to a London Irish match are bought through the Madejski Sales Centre, which also sells tickets for Reading Football Club and other events that occur at the Stadium. We therefore ask our supporters to try and avoid calling the Sales Centre in the few days leading up to a Reading FC match. A full list of fixtures at the Madejski Stadium for the 2006/7 season will be available soon.

    Ticket despatch information is below

  • In Person
  • Tickets can be purchased in person any time during Ticket Sales Centre Opening Hours.

  • BOOKING FEE

Please note that all bookings by post or phone are subject to a

1.50 booking fee. Booking made online and in person will not be subject to the booking fee.

  • CONFIRMATION OF YOUR BOOKING

Your booking including your allocated seat details will be confirmed via a text message if you have provided your mobile telephone number or by e-mail if you book online. Unsuccessful applicants will not be advised.

The confirmation of seat details is really important. Therefore we urge you to ensure you keep your personal details up to date with us so that we can provide this free service for you. You can do this online at www.london-irish.com or by phone 0870 999 1871.

  • DESPATCH OF TICKETS
  • Purchases up to 3 days before a match
  • Tickets will be sent to you direct and should reach you within 5 working days of the match itself.

  • Purchases less than 3 day before a match
  • The last postal date is 3 working days prior to a match. All tickets booked after this time will be held for collection at the Sale Centre. If you are buying online or on the phone, please allow at least 12 hours before collecting your tickets, however we would recommend you pick them up on the match day itself. Tickets collected on a match day itself, will be available for collection three hours before kick off. We urge supporters to collect at least an hour before Kick Off.

Supporters are reminded that if they are picking up tickets at the match itself, they can only be collected from the respective ticket offices, i.e. East Stand Ticket Office for East Stand match tickets, etc.

We also urge those supporters that are collecting to do so at least an hour before Kick Off.

Please note: if you have a London Irish membercard, your tickets will be activated to your member card. Please click here for all information about membercards.

  • LOST, STOLEN & FORGOTTEN TICKETS
  • Lost Season Tickets and Membercards: please contact the Sales Centre at least 48 hours in advance of a match day on memberservices@readingfc.co.uk or by calling 0870 999 1871. Please note there is a charge (

    10 for Adults and

3 for Concessions) for a reprint of a card and the original card will be cancelled. New cards will still have the same customer number as before.

  • Forgotten Season Ticket and Membercards will be able to get a paper ticket for the day. Please go to the West Stand Ticket Kiosk, near the Megastore. You will have to wait until kick off and there is a re-print charge of

    3 per paper match ticket.

  • Paper tickets: Please advise the Sales Centre on memberservices@readingfc.co.uk or by calling 0870 999 1871. There is a re-print charge of

3 per ticket, where you will be asked to fill out a reprint form .
