s (14 Rupert Street, London) will host London Irish players and supporters for a special Club Night from 8pm on Wednesday, 13th April.
First team regulars Scott Staniforth, Roland Reid and Kieron Dawson will be joined by Kevin Barrett, Paul Hodgson, Declan Danaher and club captain, Ryan Strudwick.
Waxy O'Connor's has had a close relationship with London Irish for several years, and to help celebrate the close links there will be prize giveaways including signed merchandise and tickets to the final match of the Zurich Premiership against Bath. Additionally there will be live music from an Irish band.
Waxy O'Connor's features a labyrinth of rooms, bars and alcoves, including the spectacular Church bar with its wooden carvings, pulpit and confession box and tree room, featuring a huge 250 year old beech tree from the Midlands in Ireland 'growing' from floor to ceiling through two storeys.
Waxy's serves a selection of beers including Guinness and Kilkenny, as well as a range of whiskies. Food is available throughout the day from the bars, or a fuller menu is available at Waxy's Dargle Restaurant in the evenings.
