Is it possible to pay for my Season Ticket in instalments?
You can arrange to spread the cost of your season ticket over six months with Zebra Finance Ltd. We have included a quote in your renewal letter.

Zebra can offer you a personal payment plan to suit your needs. For further information download the application form from www.london-irish.com or contact the Ticket Office on 0844 249 1871.

This finance agreement is between Zebra Finance Ltd and the applicant - London Irish and Madejski Stadium play no part in this process.

I am interested in purchasing a Family Season Ticket, how do I find out the cost?
Download the Season Ticket brochure at www.london-irish.com, click on Season Tickets and log in with your customer number and postcode (which should be typed in UPPERCASE with no spaces). Alternatively visit or call the Madejski Ticket Office on 0844 249 1871.

With a wide range of match day entertainment including live music and kids activities, London Irish is a great family day out.

What is the policy for children going free for the 2011/12 season?
The Family Zone is in Blocks GU1 to GU3 West Upper, G3 to G4 West Lower and the whole of the South Stand where one child under the age of 16 can go to all matches free of charge with a paying adult.

If you do wish to sit in another part of the Stadium with your child then you will need to pay for a Season Ticket at the appropriate U16 price - brand new Family Season Tickets offering great discounts are now available in all stands.

If your child is Under 5 and does not require a seat then they can continue to go free in any part of the Stadium. Under 19’rsquo;s now also qualify for our concession rate offering savings to young adults.

How do I introduce a friend/s?

As a Season Ticket Holder am I included in the ballot for international tickets?
Yes. We listened to your feedback from last year and all 2011/12 Season Ticket holders will now automatically become members of the London Irish Members Club and be included in the ballot for international tickets.

What games can I use my two complimentary tickets for?
You can use your complimentary tickets in any stand for all games except the St Patrick's Party and Heineken Cup games. To claim your tickets please call the Ticket Office on 0844 249 1871.


Do I get a London Double Header ticket with my season ticket?
At the time of writing, discussions are taking place with Premiership Rugby about arrangements for the London Double Header and we will let you have further details as soon as we can.

What will be in my new Season Ticket pack and when will I receive it?
Your 2011/12 Season Ticket Booklet will include season previews, squad profiles and match information as well as special offers and promotions. Your pack will be sent to you in August.

Will I get a new Season Ticket Smart Card?
Yes you will receive a new season ticket card for the 2011/12 season which will be sent to you in July. Lost or stolen cards should be reported to the Ticket Office and you will be charged £2 for a replacement.

When do I find out about the discounts and savings available to Season Ticket Holders from London Irish partners and when can I start using them?
All details will feature in your Season Ticket pack which will be sent to you in August.

Do members of the Armed Forces and Emergency Services get a discount on tickets?
Yes, members of the Armed Forces and Emergency Services qualify for a discounted rate on Season Tickets. Proof of employment will be required. Please contact the Ticket Office for further details.

What is available for disabled supporters at Madejski Stadium?
There are 128 wheelchair spaces available. Entry is at ground level and the places are set well back from the pitch, offering excellent viewing and weather protection. Disabled supporters are provided with a complimentary ‘carer’rsquo; ticket for each ticket purchased in the disabled area. You can choose not to sit in the designated area, however the complimentary carer ticket will then not apply. For further information, please contact the Ticket Office on 0844 249 1871.

What are the age limits and restrictions on concession tickets & child tickets?
There are no restrictions on where within the Stadium a concession or child ticket may be purchased, however the price does vary between locations. When purchasing you will be required to produce proof of age - checks can be made on entry into the Stadium. The purchaser must fulfil age criteria on 1st September 2011. Student tickets will only be sold to students in full-time education and on production of a valid student card or proof of educational status on 1st September 2011. For Season Tickets, relevant documentation must be provided before Season Ticket will be validated.

Where exactly are the East Stand Drummers located?
The area specially reserved for the 56 East Stand drummers will remain as: Block Y20 Rows Q - W. Actual East Stand Drummers will be seated in Block Y20, Row Q seats 87-95. For anyone wanting to sit within this area (Season Tickets or Match Tickets, although most will be taken by Season Tickets), you must mention that you want to sit with the drummers when booking.

What is the best way to get to Madejski Stadium from the centre of Reading?
There is a regular shuttle bus that runs from Reading Station to Madejski Stadium on matchdays. The frequency and timings may vary depend on match kick-off time and estimated attendance. For details, check the London Irish website, www.london-irish.com. There are a number of car parking options available, however we are promoting public transport as a cheap, safe and green option.

What is the smoking policy at Madejski Stadium?
Madejski Stadium is now a smoke-free facility. There are designated smoking areas which can be viewed within the tickets section of www.london-irish.com or you can request a copy by emailing info@london-irish.com.

Do I get a London Double Header ticket with my season ticket?
Yes, the London Double Header is a home game for London Irish and a ticket is included in your season ticket. As a season ticket holder, you are also entitled to a 20% friends and family discount. However, please note you will need to apply for your ticket and any friends and family tickets. Applications forms will be available in May and we will notify season ticket holders when they are available.

Why is the London Double Header a home game for London Irish for the second consecutive year?
Harlequins only participate in the London Double Header as an away team, therefore in any three years London Irish, Saracens and London Wasps will each play two home games at the London Double Header.
