The TickIt is the brand new and improved London Irish Mini Season Ticket for 2010/11.

The “TickIt” offers more flexibility than ever before as well as fantastic value for money - you get five games for the price of four. And on top of that, as with previous mini-season tickets, you get some of the benefits of being a season ticket holder.

YOU choose the games you want to see between now and the end of the season – all Aviva Premiership, Heineken Cup and LV= Cup games included*.

When you purchase the “TickIt” you will receive a booklet of five vouchers which you then redeem via the Ticket Office at your own leisure, for tickets for the games you choose.

The “TickIt” is also valid in the Family Zone+ - which means you can bring an U16 absolutely free for every full paying adult or concession voucher redeemed in the zone.

You can even use the “TickIt” to bring a group of five family and friends along to any one game for the price of four. There is no limit to the number of booklets you can purchase.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

How can I buy a “TickIt”?

The “TickIt” goes on sale online and from the Ticket Office from 9.00am on Wednesday, 17th November 2010.


How do I redeem the vouchers in my “TickIt” booklet and obtain my tickets for the game?

In advance you simply complete a voucher for each ticket you require, selecting your chosen game(s) and return it/them to the Ticket Office in person or in the post. Your tickets will then be issued. If using the post, please ensure your voucher reaches the Ticket Office by the Wednesday before the game.


Do I have to choose all of my games now and redeem all of the vouchers in one go?

Not at all. You can redeem your vouchers at any time during the 2010/11 regular season as long as the game is on sale at the Ticket Office. Just ensure you leave plenty of time to get your ticket before each individual game you choose. Please ensure your voucher reaches the Ticket Office by the Wednesday before the game.


Do I have to wait until a game goes on sale before trying to redeem a voucher for it?

Yes. As soon as each game goes on sale at the Ticket Office you can redeem your vouchers.


If I don’t use all of the vouchers before the end of the season can I get a refund on the ones I haven’t used?

The vouchers are non-refundable. All of the vouchers need to be used before the end of the season.


Do I get priority for redeeming vouchers to book seats for the St Patrick’s Party? Does it give me priority for purchasing tickets for playoffs/finals?

Yes, along with season ticket holders and members, you will get the first option to redeem your voucher and choose your seats and buy additional tickets, providing you have bought your “TickIt” before the game has gone on sale.


Can I buy a “TickIt” booklet for a specific seat?

No, however if you redeem your tickets as soon as the game goes on sale you can request the specific seat, subject to availability.


How can I make sure I can sit with my friends?

If you would like to sit with friends then you should redeem your vouchers together.
