Travelling to the Bath Rugby ground
The Bath Spa railway station is just a ten-minute pleasant walk from the ground. There are three entrances to the ground, two of which can be accessed from the footpath along the river.
Finding somewhere to park in the centre of Bath can be difficult on Saturdays. The one way systems and "bus gates" which restrict private vehicles from taking the shortest north - south route through the centre can make driving irksome. However the major car parks are shown on the map.
There are three good Park and Ride sites outside the city. The route from the M4 to the northern site is shown on the map. Two other sites not shown on the map are at Odd Down on the A367 on the south side and by the Upper Bristol Road bridge over the river on the west side.
The M4 motorway joins Bath to London in the east and Wales in the west. The M5 links the city with the Midlands to the north, with Somerset, Devon and Cornwall to the south. Bath is best accessed from J18 of the M4.
To Lambridge Park & Ride
From J18 of the M4 follow the A46 to Bath, then follow the signs for the town centre on the A4. After the first set of traffic lights the Lambridge Park & Ride (Bath Rugby's training ground) is immediately on your left. The Park & Ride is open for all 1st XV weekend fixtures.
To Bath city centre
Follow directions to Lambridge Park & Ride but then continue on the A4. Now follow the map provided and use the parking located around the city centre. Please note that an experimental access system has been implemented recently which restricts access through the centre itself. Parking is at a premium and is not readily available at busy periods.
