By Road:

From the South and East:

Join the M25 and head north past M4/Heathrow, then past the M40 Oxford Exit at Junction 16. Take the exit at Junction 18. The slip road goes up to a bridge going across the motorway, turn left towards Rickmansworth. Head down into Rickmansworth until you arrive at a large roundabout near Rickmansworth BR station. Turn left here along the A412 towards Watford. Follow signs into Croxley Green. At the two large roundabouts outside the Croxley Industrial Estate hang a left and follow signs for the hospital. This will lead you onto Vicarage Road.

From the North and East:

Join the M25 and follow until Junction 20. Exit and follow signs for Hempstead Road, follow Hempstead Road into central Watford. Follow the large roundabout system at the end of Hempstead Road and exit towards Rickmansworth A412. Follow this road for 1/4 Mile and turn left at the end of the underpass. Go through two traffic lights and turn left into "The Hornets" at the East end of Vicarage Road.

Parking:

There is a car park behind the main hospital to the rear of the ground.

By Rail:

From London (Train)

Northern Line tube to Euston Main BR station then frequent trains north (Silverlink/Virgin). Alternatively, from South London, Tube to Clapham Junction, and fast train direct to Watford via Olympia every hour (take 36 mins approx).

From London (Tube)

Metropolitan tube to Watford.

From The North and North West:

Virgin Trains run express services from Birmingham and Manchester.

From The North and North East:

To avoid getting to London and then taking trains and tubes back up, it might be quicker to route through Birmingham or Manchester.

From The South:

For stations with direct access to Clapham Common, which includes all Victoria trains, there is a fast train direct to Watford via Olympia every hour (take 36 mins approx). Trains to London Bridge and Waterloo head for Clapham Junction.

From The West:

Paddington, then head for either Euston via tube, or head to Baker Street and pick up Metropolitan Line north to Watford.
