How much will I be charged for delivery?

UK Orders below £50 (Including Northern Ireland)
UK Standard (7-10 Working Days) - £5.50
UK Express Service (2 Working Days) - £8.50

When will my order be processed?

Once an order has been placed via the official website, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail.
We will then process and despatch your order within your chosen delivery period.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards (except American Express and Diners). We also accept all major debit cards such as Switch, Solo and Electron.

Declined Cards

Please ensure that you have the correct card details before submitting your order as your order confirmation only confirms that your order has been received.

All orders are processed manually. Should we receive an order which has incorrect card details we will try the card twice and if the card is declined by the terminal your order will automatically be cancelled. You will then be notified in writing of the problem with your order and you will need to reorder via the online store.

Please note that Rugbytech Ltd cannot be held responsible for any orders which are not processed due to incorrect details being submitted by the customer.

Can I use my season ticket holder's discount online?

Unfortunately not at present, discounts can only be redeemed in the Club Shop at The Madejeski Stadium..

Can I have an order sent to a different address?

Yes. Please enter the delivery address in the Special Instructions box on the checkout page.

What happens if I want to exchange or return an item?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 28 days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. Returns should be sent to:

We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery, as Rugbytech Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for goods lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty. Postal charges for the return of exchanges are charged as shown in the Refund Policy: every effort is made that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Is it possible to check the availability of an item?

We will inform you if an item is out of stock. Should you wish to check the availability of an item before you order, please call 01925 417610.

Can I collect items which I have ordered online?

Unfortunately this is not possible as we do not have the storage space to do so. All orders that are placed online will be despatched by post.

Can I have a name and number on my shirt?

Unfortunately this is not a service that we are currently able to offer.
