When can I order the new ISC products?

You can now order items from the new ISC range via the London Irish online shop.

When will the new ISC range be available from the Madejski Stadium Megastore?

The new ISC range will be in stock at the Megastore from 11th August 2011.

How much will I be charged for delivery of the ISC products?

The standard delivery charge is £4.95

A next day delivery service is now available for deliveries within the UK. This service will cost £5.95 and is available until 8pm Monday-Thursday and 5pm Friday with deliveries taking place on weekdays only (excluding Public Holidays).

P&P costs for international orders are £15 for EU countires and £35 for the rest of the world.

What size will I need?

A size guide is shown on each product.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards (except American Express and Diners). We also accept all major debit cards such as Switch, Solo and Electron.

Declined Cards

Please ensure that you have the correct card details before submitting your order. You will be notified if your card is declined at the checkout. Orders for declined cards will not be processed.

Can I cancel my online order?

Yes. Under the terms of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of the day after you receive the goods.

In the event that you cancel your order after receiving the goods, you will be responsible for returning them to London Irish at your own cost. All goods must be returned in an unworn/unused state and in the original packaging with all labels still attached.

The outbound postage and packaging fee will not be refunded.

Refunds & Exchanges

All goods returned to London Irish in an unused/unworn state and in the original packaging with all labels still attached will be refunded within 28 days of us receiving the goods. All refunds will be credited to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction.

In order to exchange an item, all goods must be unworn/unused and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. You will be required to show your confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Can I use my season ticket holder's discount online?

Unfortunately not at present, discounts can only be redeemed in the Club Shop at The Madejeski Stadium.

Can I collect items which I have ordered online?

Unfortunately this is not possible. All orders that are placed online will be despatched by post.

Can I have a name and number on my shirt?

Unfortunately this is not a service that we are currently able to offer.
