The WASPs - Sintra Rugby Association was founded in February 2010, following the draft Reality Rugby Parish of San Marcos (Sintra), the Parish Council one of its pillars, and gave the possibility that the association will be established in the parish.



The basic idea, which began to be worked in late 2009 (Between Christmas and New-Year, to be precise) has been developing the project beyond the parish of St. Mark to include other towns of the county, and outline the competition federated.



However there were contacts in the sense of being the Athletic Club Cacém the basis of the whole project though conceived, being the only association with the coordination of parish kindergarten (and school).



The site presents all activities of the Association, the Chamber of Athletic Rugby Club Cacém and also includes information about the London Wasps, the other partner base of the project.
