Old Abbotstonians RFC are a community sports club based in Hayes, West London. We offer rugby to all ages and all standards. Our 1st XV currently ply their trade in the Herts/Middx 1 league, we also regularly run 1-2 other adult sides and child/youth rugby from the age of 6 upwards.
