Club Partnership Programme

London Irish currently operate Club Partnerships across Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Dorset and Wiltshire.

Each partnership is slightly different and is designed to best suit the needs and aims of the club. The partnership programme is a unique relationship where a professional rugby club can impart knowledge expertise and experience to young players.

Bespoke sessions will be designed and delivered to groups designated by the club in conjunction with the Club Coaching Coordinator and Youth Chairman.

Coach Education

Coach Education sessions can be used throughout the season and are completely bespoke to the current needs of the club Coaches. This can be delivered from Under 7 through to adult level. Coach Education sessions are supported and can be run by the London Irish Academy Manager and Head of Development

Rugby Camp

A non-residential rugby camp can take place at the club and will be open to all squads within the club and will focus on core skills, set piece and game planning. The camp will also be open to the wider community which can assist in player recruitment and for every player booked on the club camp, the club will receive a cash back incentive (for a 3 day camp ,this amounts to£6 p.p.)
