The 14th London Irish Rugby Club Annual Dinner will take place on Friday 16th May in The Gallery Rooms at the Hilton Heathrow Terminal 5 in Colnbrook.
The black tie affair marks the celebration of a new era at the 116 year old club with Mick Crossan, of Powerday PLC, and Phil Cusack, of P.F. Cusack Limited, becoming the new owners at the end of 2013.
This event offers the opportunity to recognise the hard work put in across the season by the whole team and highlight the individual achievements which the annual awards of:

A champagne & Guinness reception will help us kick off the evening in style and we will then enjoy a 4 course dinner with wine interspersed with the awards. Our MC for the evening is the inimitable Former England and London Irish No. 8 Chris Sheasby.
After a short auction, to raise funds in aid of the London Irish Academy, you can dance the night away to a live band till 1am.

As you may well be aware this evening is the precursor to a unique celebration, on Saturday 17th May when we bid a fond “Farwell to the Avenue” as we play two final matches at our current training facility before moving to the short distance to our new state of the art training centre at Hazlewood.
So why not stay the night at the Hilton Terminal 5, enjoy the use of the fantastic facilities of the Imagine Spa with its superb Thermal Suite, have a leisurely breakfast on Saturday morning then take the 15 minute drive to Sunbury to join in the festivities there.

Parking- The ample onsite car park is in fact run by an outside company and parking fees do therefore apply, the first 4 hours are free when you are attending a function, please validate your ticket at reception on departure. A fee of £6 applies for up to 4 hours after that. For guests staying overnight a fixed fee of £12 applies
